• Shortages of all blood types usually occur during the summer and winter holidays.
• The actual blood donation typically takes less that 10-12 minutes. The entire process, from the time you arrive to the time you leave, takes an hour.

10:30 AM (bike or walk westward at your own pace).
Lunch at:
11:30 AM (grassy area beside mile marker 101 to picnic and play games).
What to Bring:
Your own bagged lunch, drink and mode of transportation (proper shoes if you are walking, bike & helmet, or wagon with person to pull you)
Returning at:
12:30 PM

There were a number of problems navigating on the old site, so even though the new page has the same content, the look and feel should be more user-friendly.
